Established in 2016From the start we've been on a weight loss journey attempting to be the healthiest person we can be. And although we've been attempting to be healthy or at least quasi healthy our entire lives it's not the time we've started this blog. In fact, the idea of the blog was started years ago but we've never really put it into motion. That is, until now. We'll be building out and adding things to this blog regularly and show you exactly who we are and where we're going.

Our GoalThe journey that we're on is a healthy lifestyle and a target weight that we can be proud of. All of here have at one point or another struggled with weight loss and getting in shape and healthy. Although we may not be where or goals are at, we do try to help one another get there and be healthy as much as we can.
